Dr Tolerton frequently works with other surgeons for major traumatic injuries or complex reconstructive surgery. This may include other plastic surgeons and/or colleagues from a range of surgical specialties including orthopaedics, breast and head and neck surgery.

The multidisciplinary and conjoint approach to complex injuries and reconstruction aims to optimise patient outcomes in both function and appearance.
